Mrs. Velma Williams, the daughter of Ransom and Maude Smartt (preceded in death), was born January 15, 1937 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
Mrs. Williams was married to Richard L. Williams with two daughters Cheryl Hoskins and Teresa Womack (William), stepson Fredrick Williams of Frankfort, KY; along with several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
