Tamra Ilene Kinsman

Tamra Ilene Kinsman, age 60, passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2021. Tamra was born on April 23, 1961 in Oakland, CA to Michael and Janice Stallard Kinsman who preceded her in death.

Tamra is survived by her brothers, Mark Kinsman and Kevin Kinsman, along with four nephews, three nieces and four great nieces.

Tamra loved her family and cat very much. She is very loved and will be missed.

Per Tamra's request she is going to be cremated.

A family Celebration of Life for Tamra will be held at a later date.
