Betty Jean Parks, age 68 of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2020 at Tennova Healthcare.  She was born on October 19, 1951 in Pascagoula, MS to Vilous Wallace and Ella Ree (May) Wallace.  She is survived by her sons, Matthew Keel and Adam Keel of Clarksville.
