Audie Eugene Newton

Audie "Buddy" Newton of Clarksville passed away Sunday, August 29, 2021 at his residence. Buddy was born July 14, 1954 in Fort Benning, GA to the late William Newton and Sadako Newton. He was also preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Raymond Vares.

Buddy graduated from Christian County High School and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Austin Peay State University. Buddy is survived by his sisters, Wilma Newton and Christine (Steve) Collard and brother, Michael (Mary) Newton. He leaves behind many cherished friends who were like family to him.

A private burial will take place at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY.
