Sherry Fitzgerald

Sherry Michele Fitzgerald was born in Charlotte, NC on October 23rd 1968 and passed away after a long illness on September 15th 2026 in Clarksville, TN at the age of 57. She was attended at her passing by her son and daughter in law as well as her husband.

Sherry had a long career working in HR/Recruiting and loved helping people. She worked for several companies across the country to include BCBS in Jacksonville Fl, Convergys Corp and CBE Companies in Clarksville TN, BCI in Nashville TN as well as several others. At work she was affectionately known by many as “Miss Sherry” and made many lifelong friends.

Outside of work Sherry enjoyed the beach in Pensacola FL where she would enjoy lounging in the lazy river while sipping her favorite beverage. At home you could find her watching LIFETIME channel or just spending time with family.

Sherry is preceded in death by her mother, Angie Burrage and Granny, Margaret Coleman. She is survived by her son Kyle Humphreys and his wife Tiffany Humphreys, her husband Thomas Fitzgerald and mother in law Marjorie Fitzgerald. She is also survived by her father Phil Burrage and his wife Annette, Her sister Donna May and her Husband Brian, Aunt Nancy Hedrick as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.
