Sammy Lynn Jones was born on 7/16/50 in Kingsport, TN. He passed away at his home in Oak Grove, KY on Sunday evening on 11/24/19.
He served 28 years in the Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was married for 38 years to his wife and forever partner Pamela Jones who survives in Oak Grove. He had two daughters, Samantha Jones and Nichole Jones; five grandchildren, Eric Steffans, Addison Steffans, Sophia Jones, Isaiah Jones, and Raymond Mathis.
He was a wonderful son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather that will be greatly missed and forever loved. A Celebration of life will be held at the Sango Event Center on Saturday 11/30/19 from 1-4pm.
