MSG Tommy Green, AIR FORCE (Ret)

Tommy Green was born on November 10, 1971, in Hakodate, Japan, to Johnny and Chiyo Tanifuji Green. He passed away on August 4, 2025, at home in Clarksville surrounded by family. Tommy retired from the Air Force after 23 years of service in medical supply as a MSgt. He continued to work with the military, last contracted to work at Ft. Campbell. Tommy met his wife of 16 years, Maricar Samson, when he was stationed in South Korea. Tommy loved watching movies and cartoons, and enjoyed playing all of his gaming systems.

He is survived by his wife, Maricar Samson; daughter, Amber Green (Omar Reynoso); son, Tristen Green; mother, Chiyo Green; and sister, Teri Freeman (Jonathan Freeman). He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Johnny Paul and Virginia Greene and father, Johnny Green. He also leaves behind his pet bird, Mango and two cats, Harmony and Yoshi. He also leaves behind multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The cremation is to be handled by Tennessee Cremation Care and there will be no services at this time.
