Mathew Quinn Ambrose

Mathew Quinn Ambrose was born on September 15, 1958 in Chippewa Lake, Ohio. On Wednesday February 25, 2026 he was found deceased in his home in Clarksville,TN from health complications.

Mathew was an army veteran after which he went on to form a career with Trane, from where he eventually retired. However, if he'd had the opportunity, he would have been a paranormal investigator full-time. He loved his children and grandchildren more than anything in the world. He loved books, animals, cards, games, and drinking with friends. He loved to travel when he was able and rocked out to an eclectic taste in music. Mathew was a big kid at heart. Always the jokester and prankster, he never stopped having fun.

Mathew is survived by his children Sarah and Rebecca, his grandchildren Dominick, Cassandra, and Desmond, and his sisters Judith and Susan. A celebration of life will be held by his children at a later date.
