Martha Ann Young (Sale)

Martha Ann Young, 79, passed away at Signature Healthcare on June 21, 2024. She was born on November 24, 1944 and was a resident of Clarksville, Tennessee for most of her life. She was a homemaker and was a Sunday school teacher at Pleasant View Baptist Church for 45 years. Ann was a kind-hearted soul who loved helping children learn about Jesus.

Ann is preceded in death by her husband, John Young; father, Johnson Sale; mother, Christine Sale; daughter, Tina Young Brewer; brothers: Luther Sale, Preston Sale, Eugene Sale, and William Sale; and sisters, Elouise Gann and Lana Early. Ann is survived by her children: Sandra Young Porter, Keith (Lisa) Young, Joey (Cindy) Young, and Ricky Young; grandchildren: Timothy (Tearany) Brewer, Morgan Stone, Johnathan Young, Joseph Matthew (Tiffany) Young, Brianna (Caleb) Stalvey, Ricky Steven (Dana)Young, Jr.; great grandchildren: Zoey Stalvey, Rowen Stalvey, Caleb Brewer, Kaylee Brewer, Kinsley Brewer, and Ava Denton; sisters, Jane (Steve) Owens, Carolyn Hoogerwerf; and brother, Lewis (Terry) Sale.

A Celebration of Life will be held for family and friends on July 1, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Bristol Ridge Club House, 525 Neptune Drive, Clarksville, TN 37043.
