Clarksville

It is with profound sadness and gentle reflection that we announce the passing of Konrad Kral, who departed this life peacefully at home on July 8, 2026, at the age of 99. Born in Germany on June 18, 1927, Konrad was the beloved son of Konrad and Matilde Kral, and he leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter that will endure in the hearts of all who knew him.

Konrad's life was a tapestry of rich experiences and relationships. He was predeceased by his loving parents, his first wife Dorothea Kral, his second wife Shirley Kral, his cherished son Michael, his sister Eva Haller, and his brother Rainer Kral. Despite these poignant losses, Konrad continued to have an optimistic outlook on life.

He is survived by his loving children, Susan (Bill) Skuski and Jason (Tomara) Kral, and his brother Volker Kral, who will all miss him dearly. Konrad had many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and had an extraordinary capacity to entertain and bring joy to the children in his life. His warmth and humor were infectious, and he had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel special and loved.

Konrad’s journey began in Germany, where he completed his high school education and honed his skills during a Tool and Die apprenticeship. His ambition and dedication led him to further his career as a licensed Real Estate agent.

Outside of his professional life, Konrad was a man of many passions. He found joy in the rhythm of dancing, the grace and power of horses, and the thrill of waterskiing. However, it was his quick wit and warm smile that truly defined him. Konrad was known as the life of the party, a man who could light up a room with his presence and bring laughter to any gathering.

A private funeral ceremony will be held in accordance with his family's wishes.

As we bid farewell to Konrad, we celebrate a life well-lived and a man well-loved. His legacy of kindness, humor, and positivity will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him. Rest in peace, Konrad. You will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.
