Ken passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at TriStar Summit Medical Center. He was born on October 28, 1955 in Alpena, Michigan to Lee and Janet (Kline) Werth.
He is survived by his daughters, Christina Grier of Nashville and Julie Garvey of Antioch.
