Jutta Monika Carter, age 74, of Clarksville TN passed away on September 12, 2022. She was born on March, 7, 1948 in Germany.
She loved being a wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker.
She is survived by her loving husband, William Aaron Carter, daughter, Jennifer Lee Carter, son-in-law, Wesley Stuart Newborn, and granddaughter, Abigail Sloan Newborn.
