James Hodge Jordan, Jr.

James Hodge Jordan Jr., born January 30, 1932 and went to rest on March 26, 2023 at the age of 91. Known as Hodge, he is survived by his brother, Mack Allen Jordan, son, James Hodge Jordan III, his wife, Rita White Jordan, granddaughter, Emily Jordan LeMay and her husband Austin Bradley LeMay, and is yet to be born great grandchild.  While not biologically related to them, he was a father to Brandi Chatot, Shannon Rubsamen, and grandfather to Riley, Sidney and Jordan Foster, Owen and Oaklie Chatot, and Sophia and Tess Rubsamen.

He was born in Caney Spring, Tennessee and grew up in Chapel Hill, Tennessee, working on the family farm until joining the Air Force during the Korean conflict, Afterwards he attended Austin Peay University where he met and married Olivia Ann Ross. They had one son, Little Hodge. Hodge worked as a salesman for chemical companies until his retirement.

Hodge was the truest of friends and moral compass to the family. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his friends and family.

A celebration of life will be held in the near future at a place yet to been determined.
