James Leo Davis

James L. Davis passed peacefully on March 20th, 2026. He was known for his quick wit and the way he could bring laughter into any room. Humor was his gift, and he shared it generously with everyone around him.

James proudly served in the United States Army, a commitment that reflected his strength, dedication, and sense of duty.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey Davis and Annie Bell Thompson Davis; his spouse, Mickey Davis; and his children Robbie Lyle and Jamie Jo Davis.

He is survived by his children Kimberly Davis Crist, Timothy Davis, Rhonda Davis, Tammy Dillard, Chris Hammes, and Ryan Davis.

He will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to share in his laughter.
