Henry O'Neal Jolley, Jr.

April 14, 1936 — December 16, 2023

Las Vegas, NV

Henry Jolley Jr. aka Pops, Uncle Bubba, Uncle Henry, Hank!

Henry O'Neal Jolley, Jr., 87, passed away on December 16, 2023. He was born on April 14, 1936 in Chattanooga, TN to Henry Jolly, Sr. and Hattie Gravitt Bibbs.

In addition to his parents, Henry is preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Jolley; and siblings: John Jolly, Solomon Jolly, and Larkin Bibbs. He is survived by his daughter, Janet Jolley; grandchildren, Taqiyya Jolley and Emmanuel Hernandez; devoted nephew, Malvin Grimes; devoted niece, Denise Smith (Grimes); and many other family members and friends whom he cherished and loved dearly.

Henry attended Howard High School. He served in the Marine Corps where he learned many different languages. He was a very proud Marine until the day God called him home. He then began working as a Postal Clerk for the U.S. Post Office in New York, NY. He had mastered the craft of clothing design with the fashion designer, Oleg Cassini and became a well known seamstress along the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. He also enjoyed traveling and taking his boat out sailing.

Henry, "Pops, Uncle Bubba, Uncle Henry, Hank" for those that knew him well, will be forever missed.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.

Burial Service information soon to be announce.
