Frank Santoyo, Jr., age 68, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on September 29, 2023. He was born on September 30, 1955 in Landshut, Germany to Francisco and Francisca Santoyo.
He is survived by his brothers: Tony Santoyo, Herman Santoyo, and Richard Santoyo and sisters: Diana Salminen, Angie (Billy) Riggins, Melinda Profit, and Lisa Santoyo. Frank graduated from AP University and worked for the state of Tennessee.
