Christy Ann Northington (Davis)

Christy Ann Northington passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 19, 2025, at her home in Clarksville, Tennessee. She was born on April 7, 1976, in Clarksville, the beloved daughter of Barbara Knight Booth and the spirited sister of the late Toni Lynn Davis. She was lovingly raised with the care and guidance of her grandparents, Dorothy Atkins Knight and Doris Glen Knight.

Christy was known for her bold, outgoing personality. She lit up every room she walked into and made fast friends everywhere she went. She had a way of making people feel seen and understood, and she left a lasting impression on anyone who crossed her path.

She is survived by her daughter, Brittani Pearlann Kotzen; her husband, Clifford Northington; her uncle, Brad Glen Knight; her niece and nephews: Emilee, Grace, and Jaxson Davis; and countless friends and extended family members who will forever miss her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Knight Booth; her sister, Toni Lynn Davis; and her grandparents, Dorothy Atkins Knight and Doris Glen Knight whom she loved dearly and held close in her heart.

She was the life of the party, the loudest laugh in the room, and the one who would make sure the TV or some music was always on to keep the silence away. She loved Disney character and movies. Blue was her favorite color a calm contrast to her fiery personality and she wore it with the same confidence she carried in life.

Christy will be laid to rest beside her sister Toni and their mother Barbara at Wiles Chapel in Woodlawn, Tennessee 37191, a place where generations of their family now rest together in peace.

A private memorial will be held by the family. In honor of Christy, we encourage everyone to live with boldness, speak with love, and never be afraid to be exactly who you are.
